Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
This policy applies to all orders placed through herbodiet.in unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Prepaid orders are dispatched once payment has been verified, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates through email, SMS, or other communication channels where applicable.
Delivery Areas
Herbodiet delivers across serviceable pin codes within India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Availability of delivery to a particular location can be verified during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Herbodiet shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Orders may not be deliverable to certain remote or restricted locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on factors such as order value, package weight, and delivery location. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed before the order is placed.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except in cases where the return or cancellation is due to an error on the part of Herbodiet or where a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product has been delivered.

Delays & Lost Packages
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
While Herbodiet strives to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer has not received the package, the customer should notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
