Eligibility for Returns

Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected, where a return is required.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or any other mutually agreed payment method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or an incorrect item delivered by Herbodiet.
Non-Returnable Items
