Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains when you may cancel a Herbodiet order and how refunds are handled if payment has already been made.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Herbodiet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.
This policy applies to all orders placed through herbodiet.in unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched. To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number through the Contact Us page or using the email address provided in the website footer.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, prepaid orders will be eligible for a full refund. No cancellation charges will apply in such cases.
Herbodiet will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before shipment; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot generally be cancelled. Customers may refuse delivery or refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product if the item delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
Shipping charges and handling fees for orders cancelled after dispatch are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation results from an error on the part of Herbodiet.
Herbodiet shall not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may cancel their order before dispatch without any cancellation charges. If delivery is refused after dispatch, the order will be returned to us and no payment will be collected.
Repeated refusal of valid Cash on Delivery orders or abuse of the COD facility may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
Herbodiet reserves the right to disable COD services for customers with a history of repeated order refusals
Refund on Cancellation
Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days, although the actual time required for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment will be collected and no refund process will be required.
In exceptional circumstances, additional verification may be required before processing refunds.
